Our Members App is operated by Feed.Move.Live and is hosted by Mindbody inc. who provide us with Gym management tools that allows us to sell, monitor and deliver our services to you. We offer this to you including all information, tools and services conditioned upon your acceptance of our terms, conditions and policies stated on this software.
By Visiting Feed.Move.Live. and/or purchasing services from us, you are engaging in our service therefore agree to our terms and conditions stated. These terms apply to all users, including but not limited to; contributors of content, customers, vendors, merchants, as well as browsers. Any new features added to our member app will also be subject to our terms.
We therefore ask that you read our terms and policies prior to using our App. If you do not agree to all terms and policies, then you may not access or use any service.
We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of our Terms and Policies by posting updates and/or changes to our App. It is therefore your responsibility to review our terms and policies periodically as continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Feed.Move.Live. reserves the right to refuse or limit the sale of any Feed.Move.Live. product or service to any person and may exercise this right at any time. This includes but is not limited to, reducing or declining any order or service requested.
Feed.Move.Live. may choose to exercise their right to refuse any order placed by but not limited to; PT’s, Gym Owners/Managers, general competition, etc.
Products and services may solely be available through our online webstore, may have limited quantities and are subject to refund or exchange in accordance with Feed.Move.Live. return policy.
Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
By purchasing through Feed.Move.Live. you agree to provide up to date information to complete the transaction such as but not limited to contact name, address, Billing address, phone number, email etc. The information provided by you will be deemed accurate by us and we take no responsibility for errors or mistakes in that information.
You warrant that the information provided can be shared by you and that it is not being unlawfully used to purchase goods from us. If the information provided by you is in doubt we reserve the right to cancel your service without notice.

Feed.Move.Live. may provide access to third parties which we do not monitor or have any control. Feed.Move.Live. are not responsible for examining or evaluating such content and therefore shall not be held liable for any harm or damages related to your optional use of third party links or tools. Feed.Move.Live. take great care keeping its App and webstore up to date, however occasionally there may be typographical or imagery inaccuracies and/or omissions, in relation to product pricing, product descriptions, shipping charges and times, availability, offers etc. in the unfortunate event that this happens it could affect the true reflection of a product or service provided by us. We reserve the right to correct any errors and cancel any service request without any prior warning if the information in the service requested is incorrect.
We are under no obligation to update edit or clarify any information related to the service or related websites except where required by law.

Termination

Our terms of service are effective until the point of termination by either you or Feed.Move.Live. (received in writing). You may terminate Feed.Move.Live. terms of service at any time by either ceasing to use our services and/or by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our services (both attract a month notice or equal to the contract payment period).
If Feed.Move.Live. has reason to suspect that you have not complied with any element of our terms or policies, we are at liberty to terminate this agreement at any time without notice. You will be held liable for all amounts up to and including the termination period (4 week). We may also choose to deny you access to any service supplied by Feed.Move.Live. thereafter.
Entire Agreement
Feed.Move.Live. terms and policies have been published on our site and by engaging in the use of our service you agree to all terms outlined. Operating rules, Terms of service, and policies published by Feed.Move.Live. on its site constitutes the holistic agreement between you and

Exercising or enforcing any right or provision of these services will be done at our discretion and any failure to do so shall not waiver any right or provision to do so in future.

Any terms of service, policy and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of the UK and jurisdiction and venue in the courts of Plymouth UK.
